Club Overview: Shadow Wood Country Club, located between Naples and Ft. Myers Florida, was originally developed by the Bonita Bay Group in 1998, before becoming Member Owned in 2010. Blessed to exist in the highly desirable SW Florida region, Shadow Wood CC is a 54-hole private, member-owned facility with 900 Golfing Memberships. The Club currently enjoys a full membership and a waitlist to become a future member.

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Agronomy to process invoices, coordinate accounting activities, and prepare and maintain budgets for monthly expenses.
- Provide light HR support and communication for a team of 65 multinational staff members, primarily Spanish-speaking.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and ensure effective communication across the department.
- Manage vendor relationships, including communication and coordination of services.
- Order safety supplies and assist in organizing monthly crew training sessions, supported by Golf Course Superintendents.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer programs for administrative tasks.
- Perform multitasking and coordination across various operational areas.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Administrative experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, staff, and management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and responsibilities.
- Experience working with multilingual teams is a plus.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
