SHADOW is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Operations Manager with 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, production management, or a similar role in an agency or commercial production environment to join our dynamic team.
What You Bring :
- 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, production management, or a similar role in an agency or commercial production environment.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including pre-production, on-set execution, and post-production.
- Experience with budget management, cost tracking, and vendor negotiations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet).
- Familiarity with advertising, digital content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills—ability to keep teams aligned and projects running smoothly.
- Understanding of legal and compliance considerations related to production (e.g., rights & clearances, union regulations, permitting).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What You Do :
Operational & Production Management
Oversee the execution of creative and production workflows, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget.Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, accountability, and cross-departmental collaboration.If a Creative Operations Coordinator is added to the team, take responsibility for their oversight, task delegation, and professional development.Implement and maintain project management tools in collaboration with the project management team (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, etc.) to track milestones, deliverables, and resources.Standardize documentation practices for production, including call sheets, reports, and budget tracking templates.Work closely with creative, production, and post-production teams to allocate resources effectively and manage project priorities.Ensure smooth coordination of shoot logistics, including permits, talent, vendors, and locations.Oversee sourcing and negotiation of freelancers, production crews, and third-party vendors to maintain cost-effective partnerships.Supervise financial tracking for creative and production budgets, ensuring alignment with project scopes and agency profitability.Post-Production & Deliverable Management
Oversee the management of post-production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of assets across various campaigns.Collaborate with post production supervisors, editors, and motion designers to streamline post-production workflows.Maintain best practices for asset organization, archival, version control, and asset delivery.Workflow & Process Optimization
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.Partner with senior leadership to establish scalable creative operations processes that support business growth.Support legal and compliance considerations, including rights & clearances, licensing, and safety regulations.Annual Compensation :
