Shadowbrook Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Bookkeeper to join our team and help manage our financial operations.

Job Overview :

As a Corporate Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of bookkeeping duties, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial records. You will play a key role in managing our day-to-day accounting activities, including but not limited to reconciling several internal and all bank accounts, posting journal entries, maintaining operational and accounting records, and handling general ledger accounting.

Key Responsibilities :

• General Ledger Accounting : Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately and timely recorded.
• Account Reconciliation : Reconcile bank accounts regularly as well as several internal accounts.
• Journal Entries : Prepare and post journal entries as needed to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and review monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Monthly and Quarterly sales tax filings and prepayments.
• Prepare for and integrate with corporate CPA needs
