What You'll Do:
As the Bar Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, overseeing and managing our talented bar and dining room employees. Your passion for customer service and attention to detail will be essential in creating a seamless flow of service between the kitchen and our valued customers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leadership and Staff Management:

• Collaborate with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager in developing staffing needs and creating staff schedules to ensure optimal service levels.
• Recruit, train, and develop our bar staff, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and providing regular feedback to enhance their skills.
• Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service by maintaining performance management expectations and enforcing Company policies.

2. Beverage Program Management:

• Work closely with the General Manager to curate enticing and diverse beverage menus that complement our cuisine and captivate our guests.
• Implement effective bar systems and procedures to maintain efficiency during peak hours and minimize wastage and theft.
• Ensure complete inventory control, placing orders with liquor vendors, and monitoring cost and efficiency behind the bar.

3. Customer Experience and Safety:

• Put our guests' satisfaction first, actively seeking and responding to customer feedback to continuously improve their experience.
• Comply with State Liquor Authority (SLA) regulations to avoid legal challenges and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.

4. Innovation and Collaboration:

• Bring your creativity to the table, developing new seasonal cocktails to surprise and delight our guests.
• Participate in management meetings, contributing to the development of restaurant objectives, principles, and procedures.

What We're Looking For:
We believe that passion and dedication are the driving forces behind exceptional service. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant service, with a focus on bartending and craft cocktails.
• General knowledge of wines to enhance our guests' dining experiences.
• Proven experience in training and developing bartenders and staff to upsell and deliver top-notch service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, implementing effective bar systems while maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• A high school education or equivalent and a minimum age of 18 years.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure seamless operations throughout the week.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of both guests and staff.
