- Job Title: 6a- 6p Charge Nurse*
- Reports to: Director of Nursing*
- Job Purpose: provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants, Medication Aides, and Hospitality Aides. Duties and Responsibilities:*
- Provide nursing care in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations*
- Documentation in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations*
- Provide direct leadership to CNAs, and HAs on your team, to include: monitoring compliance with facility policies and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations; and management of scheduling, vacation requests, and call-ins of your team members*
- Qualifications:*
- Board certified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)*
- High school diploma or equivalent*
- Working knowledge of Google Suites*
- Presentation of positive, professional appearance*
- Adherence to SAHR Mission and Values*
- Working conditions: 12 hour shifts with 2 on/2 off 3 on/2 off rotation. Off every other weekend. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.*
