Beverage Lead Trailyard by Shady Creek Winery

Qualifications :

A minimum of 3 years in a beverage leadership role (beverage manager, bar manager, mixologist) in an upscale food and beverage establishment

Open scheduling availability.

Vast cocktail creation and mixology knowledge

Successfully pass a background check

Carries themself and always communicates as a Shady Creek professional.

Intense awareness of bar and dining room activity, with keen attention to detail.

Is driven to contribute to the growth and success of Shady Creek Winery.

Responsibilities :

Provide an exceptional experience for every guest.

Work side by side with beverage staff in all areas of bar operations

Assist in creation of rotating cocktail offerings

Ensure tight pour standards

Execute monthly inventory

Set and replenish par levels for bar products and supplies

Open and close the restaurant in place of the management team on occasion.

Ensure opening and closing bar duties and check lists are properly completed for FOH (and occasionally) BOH staff.

Enforce all Trailyard by Shady Creek Winery policies and procedures.

Address guest and employee concerns in a calm, polite and professional manner.

Communicate all pertinent information to the management team.

Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.

Adjust staffing based on business demands

Proactively solve problems and communicate with the management team.

Ensure that down time is used productively by the staff.
