Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Line Cook to join our culinary team at our new location at Trailyard by Shady Creek Winery! Must have two years previous experience in a high volume, upscale environment. In this position, you will be responsible for using high-quality ingredients to prepare delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate is experienced in high volume and committed to creating an excellent experience for patrons. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts are required
- Must have two years previous experience in a high volume, upscale environment
- stock fresh ingredients and supplies, prepare components before each meal service, and ensure the work area is clean and ready.
- Prepare food in a timely manner and according to recipe cards
- Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned by the head chef or management
- Adhere to all company policies regarding ethics and integrity
