What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant/Office Manager position at Shady Grove Utility District?
Under general supervision of the General Manager and the Shady Grove Utility District board of commissioners, as an Accountant/Office Manager, you will be responsible for administrative functions, Human Resources, Payroll, and certain bookkeeping requirements of the utility district while managing a small office staff. You will manage personnel, Accounts Payable, and Receivables, Billing, Collections, Bank Reconciliations, Financial Statements, and all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as required as well as any other duties as assigned by the General Manager and the Board of Commissioners.
