Caregiver/RA/Resident Assistant
Our starting wage for a Resident Assistants/Caregivers (RA) is $19 per hour on First shift and $21 per hour on 2ND/3RD shift for committing to 72-80 hours per pay period. Part Time wages start at $14 per hour for First shift and $17 per hour for 2ND/3RD shift. The more hours you commit to, the more you get paid!*
RA’s that pass medication on their shift will receive an additional $2 per hour. We offer the CBRF Medication course to RA’s that are interested in passing medication.
Our Shady Lane, Inc. campus provides quality care to residents needing rehab that focuses on goal oriented daily tasks; home-like assisted living; and customized skilled nursing care. No matter what the need we are committed to provide compassionate care at a reasonable cost as a non-profit community based organization. We strive for excellence here at Shady Lane and have a 5 Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for annual health inspections, staffing ratios, and quality measures.
We are seeking full & part-time Caregivers/RA’s (Resident Assistant) for all shifts to join our team. We offer the opportunity to work 4 hour shifts as a part-time employee if desired.
We also have an exciting 16/24 Status position available. The 16/24 Status is the perfect solution for those that have busy week days as the position only requires working 3 weekends per month with the bonus of an increased rate of pay.
We offer a $600 Sign On Bonus that is contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period.
The Caregiver/RA will promote dignity and respect to residents, provide compassionate care while assisting residents with activities of daily living, and will work in a team environment practicing good communication and cooperation.
