Job Description :
As a Dietary Aide at Shady Lawn, you will :
Assist in Meal Preparation : Support the dietary team in preparing and serving meals that meet residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Maintain Cleanliness : Ensure dining areas, kitchens, and equipment are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Follow Guidelines : Adhere to dietary requirements and portion control standards based on residents' care plans.
Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with dietary and healthcare staff to meet residents' nutritional needs.
Engage with Residents : Interact with residents in a friendly and respectful manner, contributing to their overall well-being.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in food service or healthcare is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
