Server/Bartender

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender/server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. *Duties*

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and delivering beverages promptly.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of food items.

- Handle cash transactions efficiently using POS systems.

*Requirements*

- Previous experience in bartending or the food industry is preferred.

- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices related to alcohol service.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help team members when necessary.
