Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial, industrial, and residential spaces to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing surfaces.
- Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities by following established cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Assist with residential painting tasks as needed to enhance the appearance of properties.
- Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any issues or repairs needed in the environment.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean environment and supporting team efforts.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus; training will be provided for specific tasks as needed.
