Duties
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the electrical department, ensuring operational excellence and team development.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential settings.
- Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with Ohio state codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams to provide integrated solutions.
- Oversee project scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, communicating timelines and costs clearly.
Requirements
- Ohio State Electrician License (required).
- Proven experience in residential electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Leadership experience in managing teams or departments.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, codes, and regulations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
