What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aggregate Loader and Equipment Operator position at Shafer Redi-Mix?
Shafer Redi-Mix Concrete is looking for a full-time hard-working, enthusiastic, and reliable Loader Operator to help maintain our plant.
Our Loader Operator keep grounds and operations of plant location in neat and orderly condition by performing the following duties:
-Maintains aggregate stockpile area.
-Conducts scheduled maintenance program on plant equipment.
-Maintains communication with Dispatch regarding needs or problems relating to plant.
-Operates front-end loader.
-Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to climb excessive heights. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
