We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Service Technician to add to our team! This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction by executing service functions of the Cougar USA Field Service Team, including but not limited to break/fix service, STAR® program, make-ready, start-up, commissioning and owner training. This position will be critical in helping the Field Service Team serve as an engine for growth of the company in profit and customer service.

- Perform service calls, start-ups, commissioning and owner training

- Make-ready and repair rental pump fleet
