Are you passionate about arcade games and have a knack for technical support? Shaffer is looking for a Senior Arcade Technician to join our dynamic team! As a Senior Arcade Tech you'll have a unique opportunity to work with the latest arcade equipment across the US, with all travel expenses covered. This is a remote position with 75% travel. When not traveling for an install project, you may be responding to local service calls or working on-site in our Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, OH office.
Senior Arcade Tech Responsibilities:
- Install and repair arcade equipment at various locations throughout the US.
- Configure and maintain card payment kiosks, POS terminals, and card readers.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade equipment.
- Provide post-sale customer support and ongoing training.
- Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

Senior Arcade Tech Position Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent electrical and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment circuitry and mechanical assemblies.
- Basic networking and computer repair knowledge.
- Ability to follow manufacturer installation instructions and program settings.
- Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Detail-oriented.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds.
- Frequent twisting, stooping, bending, and squatting.
- Climbing ladders and unloading equipment.
- Walking in and out of various locations.
