Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and the ability to utilize precision measuring instruments effectively. The Quality Control Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our production processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. This candidate will also be in a role of material handling and expected to work in the production area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and other measuring instruments.
- Perform data collection and report any trends and areas for improvement in product quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to fabricate components that meet quality specifications.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records in compliance
- Identify non-conformities and work with relevant departments to address issues promptly.
- Be able to voice concerns over product.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems to enhance overall product quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field, with a strong understanding of quality management principles.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers
- Familiarity with data collection methods techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
