We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and problem solving issues with concrete panel. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, color, and ability to work on the floor. Transferable skills would be auto detailing, furniture repair, and collision repair. This is very detailed oriented position.
Duties
- Be able to problem solve with different texture and colors.
- Perform repairs on various sizes and colors of concrete panels, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in repair techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role is preferred..
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to maintaining safety standards while performing repairs.
