You'll have the opportunity from being part of the team to becoming the lead of a team.
In this position, you will NOT be doing any Sales. This is strictly a marketing position.
Overview
Shah & Associates CPAs PA at a pivotal time of growth and we are looking for individuals eager to make an impact and help us grow. We are looking to bring on our first Marketing Manager who has a track record of identifying and executing programs to meaningfully accelerate customer acquisition and engagement growth through organic and paid social/digital display advertising.
Do you have a track record of initiating, deploying and managing an entire marketing funnel (organic and paid) with everything from determination of investment allocation, development and management of campaigns, through measurement and optimization?
How You’ll Contribute
- 30 Days
- Develop a strong understanding of campaign performance across all paid social/digital display channels - Mainly Facebook.
- Develop a strong understanding of campaign performance across all organic social/digital display channels - Mainly Facebook Ads, Linkedin, Google Paid Ads and Active Campaign.
- Meet with key stakeholders to understand our client base and determine what has and has not been working from an acquisition perspective.
- Meet with key stakeholders to understand our client base and determine what has and has not been working from an expansion perspective.
- Identify and prioritize key initiatives to optimize current marketing state
- Help with creating design, decks, app integration and things needed to streamline the operations of the firm
- Ad Hoc Projects
2. 60 Days
- Take over fully all marketing activities including
- Content creation and development
- Funnel optimization
- Funnel and campaign creation
- Metric reporting and analysis
- Maintain or slightly improve conversion metrics across each active marketing funnel
- Maintain or slightly improve website SEO alongside content creation for both paid and organic campaigns.
- Maintain Company Pages on various social media accounts - Linkedin, Facebook etc.
- Ad Hoc Projects
3. 90 Days and Beyond
- Innovate beyond current marketing funnels with the introduction of new acquisition campaigns to test out
- Improve and Maintain Company's website
- Properly allocate budget to test campaigns while maintaining current key metrics.
- Implement lead scoring model to help drive up lead qualification and conversion.
- Grow new leads and conversions month over month while maintaining a reasonable average customer acquisition cost as defined by the firm owner.
- Consider the CY and FY hiring plan for marketing department
- Determine key budget and metrics needed to be hit in order to grow the department and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to bring on, as soon as the goals have been hit.

- Someone that is strictly in Marketing with heavy focus on Direct Outreach

- Ability to work with ad hoc projects as they come up
- Ability to work with different marketing coaches to implement the strategies decided by the coaches
- Analytical thinker and problem solver, able to analyze all metrics across an entire campaign to determine key optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization to drive content creation and gain the information needed to help enhance the performance of the current and future marketing campaigns
- Excellent written skills and
- Highly articulate both verbally and in written format
- Team leadership qualities highly with the ability to persuade and motivate others to achieve results
