What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Liaison/Marketing Coordinator position at Shah Eye Center?
We are looking for a The Physician Liaison/Marketing Coordinator who will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing a marketing and sales plan and serve as the advocate in order to develop relationships with physician practices and providers to maintain and grow referrals. Physician Liaison may help prospective clients fill out multiple forms, outlining their reasons for seeking care at Heavenly Health Care. Information of each client is forwarded to administrator or manager of concerned department and provide follow-up with prospective clients. Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for marketing the Agency through physician networking, expos, seminars, health fairs, and general community outreach. Assist in preparation of reports, marketing inventory, marketing tracking, implements marketing strategies, communicates services and procedures available within our business.
Responsibilities
Assumes Responsibility for the organization and management of the outreach department
Establishes and fosters relationships with other referring providers.
Develops and implements marketing plans to meet goals, in collaborations with Marketing and Public Relations
provides educational support tools to the referring providers in the areas of compliance.
Coordinates with staff of the agency to ensure proper communications and follow-up with referring providers.
Maintains a database with pertinent information regarding referral sources of the agency and referral patterns of each individual
Maintain quota of 5 admitted referrals per month (home health/therapy/telemonitoring/provider services)
Prepares/maintains a yearly calendar of events for the referring providers.
Works and consult with Marketing committee on promotional and print material.
Other duties as assigned.
