Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar to optimize workflow.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all client information is up-to-date.
- File documents and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Support office operations by performing various clerical duties as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to manage office software and tools effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in filing and data entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Computer literacy is essential for managing various office tasks efficiently.
