We're looking for a Customer Success & Account Growth Specialist to manage and expand our warehouse parts clientele, with a special focus on high-volume battery accounts. In this role, you'll build lasting relationships, boost sales, and bring innovative product solutions to our customers.

SUMMARY
Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction and account management/growth to warehouse parts clientele. Specialize in battery account business from assigned accounts through personal and phone contacts, while managing and growing general client support in designated zones. Battery account emphasis on maintaining key high-volume accounts while expanding SPW sales with additional product lines. Executes a supportive, customer service strategy for key accounts maintaining developed relationships as well as deepening them through committed service and attention to growing needs. Additional business from existing accounts, and new accounts, as directed by management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Visits assigned customers.
Strategically utilize full product line to existing and prospective customers as solutions to identified customer challenges.
Creatively package warehouse services and products to align with target businesses.
Maintains knowledge of complete product line.
Identify sales opportunities that support customer success and SPW/ACDelco growth.
Coordinate with internal management and external resources from manufacturers for effective product presentations; including partnering for sales calls, clinics, etc.
Obtains parts manager/battery manager approval for any special pricing.
Participate in continuous improvement of customer contact strategy and customer service.
Follows up on parts orders to ensure that customers have been served properly.
Provides completed call reports and CRM data.
Updates customer records to reflect changes to customers' names, addresses, etc.
Attend training seminars when possible.
Acts as a public relations liaison for the Shaheen brand as well as the ACDelco General Motors brands.
Maintains professional appearance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two to three years customer satisfaction experience. Business/sales growth examples preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
