In this role, you will split your focus between managing Shaka Kai's social media presence and executing marketing initiatives while ensuring smooth fulfillment operations. If you’re a hands-on team player with a knack for creativity and logistics, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Social Media & Marketing:

1. Manage and grow Shaka Kai’s presence on social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads) by creating engaging and visually appealing content.
2. Foster community engagement by interacting with followers, responding promptly to comments/messages, and actively engaging with like-minded brands and individuals.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative campaigns, such as contests, giveaways, and influencer partnerships, aligned with brand goals.
4. Attend and manage on-location shoots and events to capture lifestyle content.
5. Brainstorm and implement creative strategies to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
6. Manage affiliate and influencer relationships, track performance, and onboard new brand ambassadors.

Warehouse & Fulfillment:

1. Accurately fulfill all incoming online and wholesale orders in a timely manner.
2. Process promotional order requests and monitor inventory levels of products, supplies, and packaging materials.
3. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and shipping area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
4. Conduct regular stock checks and notify management when inventory levels need replenishing.
5. Collaborate with logistics and sales teams to streamline operations and improve fulfillment efficiency.
6. Identify and implement process improvements for inventory management and order fulfillment.
7. Outstanding Customer Service

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing, Google ADS and warehouse fulfillment.
2. Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms, and content creation.
3. Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills for both marketing and warehouse tasks.
4. Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
6. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work on your feet for extended periods, and maintain a high level of productivity.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, logistics, communications, or related fields is preferred but not required.
