Shaka Kai, known for its innovative designs and sustainable practices, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Fulfillment specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with all aspects of warehouse operations, including fulfilling online and wholesale orders, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Responsibilities:**
1. Fulfill all incoming online and wholesale orders accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Process all approved promo order requests efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Manage inventory levels of product in the warehouse, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
4. Monitor inventory of all office and shipping supplies, proactively ordering replenishments to prevent shortages.
5. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and shipping station at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
6. Notify management when inventory levels are low and additional stock needs to be ordered.
7. Perform daily department maintenance tasks, including stock work, re-merchandising, and merchandise transfers as needed.
8. Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and sales, to coordinate inventory management and fulfillment activities.
9. Implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations and enhance productivity.
**Qualifications:**
1. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is required.
2. Proven track record of success in inventory management and order fulfillment.
3. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs over your head and work on your feet for extended periods.
4. Extreme attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software is a plus.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
