Qualified candidates would have the following:

-Culinary school degree or previous experience in kitchens (preferred not required)

-At least 2 years experience in a high volume line cook position

-Solid punctuality, positive attitude, and willingness to grow and learn

-Be able to effectively communicate and take direction from supervisors

-Ability to understand and follow precise recipes to create consistent dishes

-Experience with high volume and fast paced environment

-Care about quality, cleanliness, and strong attention to detail

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests in our vibrant setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in restocking as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Skills

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members in a nightclub or catering environment.
• Proficient in retail math for managing cash handling and inventory control.
• Previous bartending experience is preferred, along with knowledge of mixology techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with patrons.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation.
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage, particularly in high-volume settings.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
