Job Description:

As the Weekend Party Host Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our weekend parties, including planning, coordination, and execution. You will be the life of the party, interacting with guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Party Planning: Collaborate with the event planning team to conceptualize and plan exciting weekend parties. Brainstorm creative party themes, entertainment options, and unique experiences to delight our guests.
Coordination: Oversee all party logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation. Coordinate with various departments, such as food and beverage, entertainment, and security, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable party experience.
Guest Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for party guests. Greet attendees, engage in conversation, and ensure their needs are met throughout the event. Foster a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere to enhance guest enjoyment.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of party hosts and support staff. Provide guidance, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during parties promptly and professionally. Resolve conflicts, manage difficult situations, and maintain a positive and safe environment for all attendees.
Event Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote weekend parties through various channels, such as social media, online platforms, and direct outreach. Assist in creating enticing event descriptions and enticing promotional materials.
Feedback and Evaluation: Gather feedback from guests and staff to continually improve party experiences. Analyze data, identify areas for enhancement, and implement necessary changes to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and entertain guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team and coordinate party logistics.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Enthusiasm and passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be 18 .
