Summary
The Commercialization Specialist supports the commercialization team by assisting in the development of ingredients and maintaining product specifications. This entry-level role follows established procedures to help coordinate product commercialization activities, ensuring accuracy in data entry and assisting with supplier collaboration under supervision.
Required to be in our NY Support Center 3-4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
1-2 year Supply chain experience preferred, but not a requirement.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
Bachelor’s degree required, business, supply chain degree preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining commercialization timelines to support timely execution of projects.
- Support product cuttings and evaluations by gathering and organizing relevant data.
- Enter and update product formulas and specifications in company data systems.
- Assist in documenting yield studies and ensuring accurate records.
- Provide basic support for product testing at the restaurant level.
- Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy of recipes for programming into POS software.
- Work under close supervision, learning commercialization processes and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with guidance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Salary : $33 - $42
