Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
- Train team members on all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality.
- Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
- Develop and implement a plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes.
- Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
- Familiarity with food handling certification.
- Flexibility to work varying hours.
