Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations for superior service and guest satisfaction
- Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations
- Motivate and manage team members to provide high-level hospitality
- Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
- Develop and implement a plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in managing high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes, and security
- Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Food handler certification preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours
