Job Responsibilities:
Direct the flow of service and manage the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
Lead by example, promoting high standards of hospitality and teamwork among your team.
Assist with operational support functions, such as purchasing, receiving, and inventory management.
Participate in applicant interviews and contribute to employee relations initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
Familiarity with local food safety regulations and certification according to jurisdiction.
