Summary
The Supply Chain Specialist will support the management of enterprise data and inventory systems, provide detailed tracking of ingredients and items, support weekly department invoice processing, assist with distribution supply issues, conduct regular pricing audits, and support with special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all new Supply Chain Department suppliers and items are properly onboarded into the enterprise and inventory management systems.
- Support in tracking initial ordering as items go to launch it each region.
- Assist in detailed setup, launch, and tracking of items required for menu tests and limited time offers.
- Provide support of supply management, communication of supply and weekly reporting on supply activity.
- Assist in weekly management and processing of distribution invoices and credits.
- Support category managers in pricing audits of all ingredients and items purchased through distribution or directly from suppliers.
- Assist in new and ongoing projects as needed and determined by department head.
- The individual must be highly adept at learning new software and the full Microsoft suite platform with a concentration on Excel and PowerPoint for building department presentations.
- Purchasing replenishment experience and Restaurant operations experience
- Food & Beverage Supply Chain, basic knowledge of food service and distribution, ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or Related Field
