The cleaners will be responsible for cleaning assigned facilities by following all safety and cleaning procedures. You must have reliable transportation to travel within your assigned route, and you must be able to begin your shift at or around 5:00pm.

Job Skills:
- Proven working experience as a commercial cleaner is strongly preferred
- Ability to safely use basic cleaning equipment
- Physical demands include walking, standing, bending, kneeling, lifting and moving chairs, repetitive bending/lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
- Ability to read and comprehend chemical labels and written/verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate via telephone and email with Total Concord's office staff
- Adhere to Total Concord's dress code and appearance by wearing the provided company uniform
*Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide a valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card if considered for the position
*Must be able to pass background check as required
