Shaker Recruitment Marketing is now accepting applications for our 2025 summer internship program. Our internship program provides hands-on learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities that will help you build a strong foundation for your future career.
We are seeking a highly organized Digital Media Intern to join our team for a 10-weeks in our Oak Park office. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various creative areas, including :
Assist in developing and executing digital media campaigns across various platforms.
Support senior team members in campaign planning, content creation, and performance tracking.
Conduct campaign optimization, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve effectiveness.
Assist in preparing metric reports and supporting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital media opportunities.
Help with digital activation quality assurance to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet objectives.
Assist in basic rate estimates and budget planning for digital campaigns
Qualifications
Availability to work 32 hours / week in our Oak Park office.
Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital channels, and active usage of the platform.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with an ability to create presentations and reports.
Detail-oriented, ensuring high-quality work and accuracy in reports and presentations.
Eager to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
Ability to think independently while also excelling in collaborative environments.
Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and work within deadlines.
Duration and Schedule : The Internship program runs from June 2 – August 7 2024. This is a full-time in-person opportunity. Interns are expected to work Monday - Thursday from 8 : 45 am – 4 : 45 pm CST.
