What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Bartender position at Shakers Cigar Bar & Hangman Tours?
Shakers is busy and has an immediate opening for a Lead Bartender.
Knowledge of wines and high-end spirits presentation as is the ability to produce house craft-cocktails and volume bartending.

As one of the most internationally renowned spot in the city, our company is currently in need of a talented lead mixologist. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are key. You will also be required to develop new recipes, manage inventory, lead bar staff, and participate as an integral member of our team to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Take and serve drink orders from customers.
- Find ingredients for drinks using a computerized inventory system.
- Maintain an inventory of all drinks, glassware, ice and garnishes.
- Ensure the best quality beverages with the right temperature and amount of alcohol.
- Inform customers of daily specials and available promotions.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are ready when they reach the bar.
- Clean and wash bar equipment and tables, restock bar items.
- Manage credit card transactions.
$15.00/hour plus tips.
Bartending experience at an upscale bar is required.
Experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant is preferred.
