- MN teaching licensure in Special Education EBD, SLD, ASD or ABS is required.
- Vocational CTE certification for Work Based Learning is required.
- Previous experience in education, career counseling, or workforce development preferred.
- NVCI (CPI) training preferred.
- Experience working with a variety of disabilities, and the ability to deliver specialized instruction to meet the individual needs of these students. Training for specific needs of the students in the program will be provided by the district.
- Experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated instruction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and community partners.
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and workforce development resources.
