Paraeducator for Stepping Stones Preschool located at Pearson Early Learning Center. School year calendar - Monday through Friday, 8:15AM-3:15PM.
Pay & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $21.34 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience.

Job Summary:
This position works directly with 3 to 5 year old students in a classroom under the direction of teachers: assisting the teacher, providing student supervision and support as needed. Pearson Early Learning Center provides an inclusive preschool experience using the Pyramid Model as a framework for supporting the social and emotional development of children. Successful applicants will be able to create positive relationships with children, enjoy interacting with preschool-age students, and collaboratively work with other adults.
Qualifications:
Position requires a H.S. diploma.
Previous experience in early childhood preferred.
Working Conditions:
Classroom environment.
Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
Ability to move from floor to standing quickly.
