Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CPQ Architect to lead the design and implementation of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solutions that streamline our sales and quoting processes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable CPQ architectures that integrate seamlessly with our existing systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CPQ platforms and a strong understanding of sales operations within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective CPQ configurations.
- Develop and maintain product catalogs, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows within the CPQ system.
- Ensure seamless integration of the CPQ platform with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in CPQ implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest CPQ technologies and trends to continuously improve our quoting processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in CPQ architecture and implementation.
- Proficiency in CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or Apttus.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pricing strategies.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare sales processes.
- Certifications in CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist).
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems integration
