Job Description:
This team is involved with the Oracle CX piece and specifically helping build out the Oracle Service Cloud as they convert from the legacy CSS system to Oracle C2M. The person doesn’t need to have knowledge of Oracle CSS but understands the way that data flows back and forth between the systems and how the data flow impacts performance The Solutions Architect needs to ensure Service Cloud Meets performance, reliability, security, and business standards and identify scalability and extensibility needs. They don't want someone who can just pinpoint requirements, but someone who can identity solutions and ways to enhance efficiency. They will be working heavily on solutioning for security needs, data protection, and performance enhancement. An example she gave, was as the team builds functionality, the flow of data will slow down the process. The candidate will need to provide solutioning to enhance and optimize performance in this scenario.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and document non-functional requirements
- Partner with the support team in evaluating stability and performance in current state and recommend solutions for improvement when needed
- Evaluate future impacts of stability and performance for remediation efforts and new functionality build
- Evaluate and facilitate the implementation of security needs
- Implementation of Cool Security requirements for new interface solution in partnership with the support team
- Future Cool Security solution for job roles to incorporate POC and C2M job role mapping
- Identify and facilitate the implementation of Data Protection and Data Retention rules
- Identify SLAs and KPIs for program needs
- Partner with Production Support Team to establish consistent SLAs and KPIs
- New C2M interface (environment) support for testing, training, and cutover readiness
- Program performance testing lead for Service Cloud
- R2 HA/DR Test Planning Coordinator
- Program - complete process, including necessary documentation, for Asset Tiering and ARB approval
