Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessing and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role involves collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to implement effective strategies that promote positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies, ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making necessary adjustments based on findings.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques and best practices in patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data management.
- Stay current with developments in the field of ABA, special education, and related medical terminology.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
- Proficient in data collection methods and analysis related to behavior assessment.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.
- Familiarity with special education practices and patient assessment methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and professionals.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality in all aspects of client interactions.

Pay: $70.80 - $75.44 per hour
