Compensation

About the Job
We need you to fill the role of Tennis Pro Shop Attendant. This is a part time position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Directing members to their assigned courts and answering basic questions about programs and services.
- Answering member questions via phone and email.
- Working alongside a motivated team that wants to see you succeed and grow.
- Helping members maximize their time at the J.
- Engaging and interacting with hundreds of different individuals daily.
- Monitoring court activities to ensure they are being used appropriately and members are on the courts they are assigned to.
- Minor court maintenance such as refilling water jugs, repairing windscreens, setting up the ball machines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Prior work experience.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and an eagerness to make a daily impact.
- Works well collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to work outside periodically to handle setup of the ball machines/pickleball nets as well as able to lift up to 40 pounds.
