What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift
- Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence
- Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care
- Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off-hours
- Be the go-to person for staff, residents, and families alike
- Valid RN or LPN license in VA.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills
- Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making
