What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Shalom Japan?
Shalom Japan is hiring a cook to join our growing team. This is a full time position. Attitude is more imporant than experience. All skill levels are welcome, although some line cooking experience is preferred. We are a small, neighborhood restaurant that puts a lot of care into the food we make. Come join our close knit team and be a part of something special. Come learn in a hands on, collaborative, and supportive environment with two James Beard Award-winning chef/owners, Aaron Israel and Sawako Okochi. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Knowledge and/or passion for Jewish or Japanese food required.
Salary : $18 - $20
