Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary: Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Data Entry Clerk in Fort Wayne, IN. In this position you are responsible for purchase orders and filing/scanning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchase order and subcontract purchase order entry on IBM iSeries
- Perform Filing and Scanning
- Extensive Data Entry
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ minimum experience with Data Entry
- Position requires candidate to type 60 wpm with excellent computer skills
- Candidate must possess analytical aptitude, effective oral and written communication skills
- Candidate must be accurate; attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized and a self-starter
