Dishwasher Description
The Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump is accepting applications for the position of part-time Dishwasher.
The Hilton Short Pump is owned and operated by Shamin Hotels, central Virginia's largest hotel management company. Having tripled in size to 70 hotels over the past ten years, we own and operate hotels under the Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, InterContinental and Choice flags.

Job duties:
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
- Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.
- Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
- Clean and roll/unroll mats.
- Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
- Sweep/mop floors.
- Assemble/disassemble dish machine
- Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster
- Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
- Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
- May be responsible for checking supplies and groceries received in work area.
- Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Flexibility to work various schedules as business demands including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to wear a uniform or follow dress code
- Has dependable transportation
- Eligible to work in the United States
