Job Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision & Development: Lead the Front Desk team by managing hiring, terminating, performance evaluations, training, and ongoing development to build a high-performing, motivated team.
Ensure Excellent Guest Service: Maintain high standards of guest service to ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience.
Collaborate with Other Departments: Work with other hotel teams to ensure guest satisfaction and support the overall success of the hotel.
Develop Plans for Guest Services: Create short- and long-term plans for the guest services department that align with the hotels overall goals.
Focus on Employee Growth: Improve guest satisfaction by developing staff skills, optimizing job roles, and maintaining a high-quality image for the hotel.
Oversee Reservations: Manage reservations to ensure high occupancy rates and help the team suggestively sell to guests.
Resolve Guest Complaints: Address and resolve guest complaints related to the guest services department promptly.
Create Staff Schedules: Schedule staff based on forecasted occupancy and labor standards, ensuring adequate coverages for all shifts.
Follow Company Policies: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed to maintain high standards of operation.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a front desk agent preferred.
Prioritization and time management skills required.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
Attention to Detail skills required.
Reliable mode of transportation required.
High school diploma or GED certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
