Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Substitute Paraprofessionals to support students in a dynamic educational environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with teachers and staff to assist in the implementation of educational programs, particularly for students with special needs. Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and adapting curriculum development for diverse learners, including those with disabilities.
- Support students in their daily classroom activities, ensuring they understand the material and can engage effectively.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents to promote a collaborative educational experience.
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring special education services.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding classroom dynamics and student engagement.
- Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Participate in training sessions related to early childhood education and special education practices.
Skills
