Qualifications, Skills Expected
* Minimum of 2 years banking experience with loan processing experience preferred
* Knowledge of Excel and Word or similar programs,
* Familiarity with loan compliance and documentation requirements with experience in exception tracking preferred
* Notary Registration – must be willing to obtain and maintain notary licensing.

* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong Organizational and time management skills
* Demonstrates dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient typing skills
