Overview
AquaClean Environmental, a Shamrock Environmental company, is seeking an experienced Class A driver to operate commercial tanker and vac trucks. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering materials to our Lakeland location.
Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles such as vacuum trucks, tankers, and box trucks.
- Maintain daily e-logs, safety & inspection reports, expense reports, and project reports while ensuring they are properly documented.
- Perform manual labor-related tasks to support projects.
- Ensure the company's health and safety culture, policies, and requirements are met.
- Comply with all Federal, State, and local laws regulating safe driving and the safe and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and co-workers.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Clear Driving Record.
- TANK and HAZMAT Endorsements.
- Ability to drive 10-speed Manual Transmission.
- A history of DOT compliance and safety is required.
- Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Ability to travel overnight as required on occasion.
- Frequently lift 40-50 pounds.
- Willingness & ability to frequently climb ladders, stairs, etc.
