Overview
The Industrial Environmental Services Field Foreman will be responsible for the daily on site supervision of field technicians, safety performance and the performance of tasks associated with non hazardous/hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination and transportation and handling of hazardous materials.
Responsibilities
- Train and mentor Field Technicians
- Organize, coordinate and review field technicians regarding scope of each project, each person’s role and expectation
- Verify appropriate and correct equipment/tools and quantities are available and on-site each day
- Hold and discuss daily safety meeting topics
- Ensure SAFETY FIRST at all times
- On call ER work
Qualifications
5 yrs experience working on site envieonmental industrial services
CDL Preferred, clear DL required
ability to travel overnight if occasionally required
effective communication skills
40 hr hazwoper certification
