Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, this team member is the frontline of support for our valued customers in the service department and is primarily responsible for inbound calls/inquiries and setting up deliveries
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 or 8:00 am to 4:00 or 4:30pm
Hourly pay: $17.00 (depending on qualifications)
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls and provide assistance to customer orders and delivery questions/concerns in a professional manner
- Confirm appointments with customers
- Data entry - experience using Encompass is a plus
- Work with customers and sales team to resolve issues
- Follow up on service calls and installations with customers
- Perform other administrative duties or special projects assigned by your supervisor
- Punctuality - you will be the first one in, so we need you to be reliable and on time
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent is required
- Minimum 2 years in call center/customer service experience
- Food and Beverage experience a plus - our customers are bars and restaurants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—verbal and written, are required to effectively and accurately communicate via email and phone
